Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Actively prospect for new clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, field outreaches and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective clients and showcase the features and benefits of our short-term rental apartments.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation companies, lounges, supermarkets, cinema and other potential partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients post-stay to gather feedback and encourage repeat bookings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote our short-let apartments.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to increase brand visibility and attract potential guests.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our properties and network with potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the operations team to manage inventory and availability effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using CRM software.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing and payment processing.



Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales (3 years+), preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the local market and travel industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require frequent travel (outreaches) within the region.
  • Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate client needs, including weekends and evenings.
