About the Job

 Coordinate and manage end-to-end project implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope.


· Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, understand their business needs, and define project objectives and success criteria.


· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.


· Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules.


· Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.


· Conduct regular project meetings, both internally and with clients, to review project status, identify risks and issues, and propose appropriate solutions or mitigation strategies.


· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT Application, Solution Delivery, Compliance and Sales team, to ensure effective project execution and delivery.


· Monitor and track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization, making necessary adjustments to maintain profitability and efficiency.


· Conduct comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, requirement gathering, status reports, change requests, and other relevant project-related documents.


· Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas of improvement and best practices for future projects.


· Provide guidance and support to clients during user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation stages.


· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the Zoho, Hudo cc, and Zendesk ecosystems, as well as business process outsourcing practices.


Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science. 2-5 years in project coordination, project support or a similar technology driven environment. Experience in managing software integration, IT infrastructure or Business technology projects.
