Job Description
Contract review, drafting notices, correspondence with regulatory and statutory bodies, legal advice, handling both internal and external Correspondence, maintaining an efficient documentation and filing process, assisting the Company Secretary, research, maintaining relations with external counsel and tax bodies.
Recruitment and general welfare of staff.
Requirements
First Degree in Law at a reputable University.
At least 1-2 years of relevant practice experience in law with extensive knowledge of corporate law.
