Job title: Client Services/ Marketing Communications Officer
Report to: ED Corporate Services.
Requirements
The ideal candidate MUST possess the following minimum qualifications/Attributes:
· HND/B.Sc in any field
· Female (not more than 28yrs)
· Must have an excellent oral and written communication skills
· Good analytical & problem solving skills
· Able to multi-task
· Must be pro-active and a self starter
· Able to work on multiple projects and with multiple teams
Summary of Responsibilities:
· Handle all customers’ enquiries and complaints and ensure timely resolution of customers’ product issues
· Manage all the organization’s social media platforms to ensure activities are in line with the corporate strategy.
· Utilize the social media platform to promote the products/services.
· Liaise with external brand communication service providers on various communication initiatives.
· Prepare and track metrics for advertising effectiveness measurement and adjust media buying accordingly (research on the effectiveness of various media).
· Work closely with the product team during new product development and prior to the launch of any new services and have all the launch materials (banner, posters, brochures, visual/audio/print commercial) thought-out and ready before the launch.
