Enroyale Global Services-Our client, a private Medical
services Company, is seeking to hire the services of a well-experienced Account/Administrative
Officer.
Job Summary
Responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and
accounting activities for the management.
Duties and
Responsibilities
· Handle the
monthly organizational payroll remittances, financial statements, and reports
as well as organizing and maintaining official documents.
· Conduct other
general accounting and Administrative duties, as assigned.
Prepare precise data entry as well as formulate, draft, type
and prepare letters, memos and other documentation as needed.
· Filing of
invoices and account statements, accepting and distributing mails as well as
ensuring the accomplishment of administrative goals within the organization.
· Ensure
efficient verbal and written communication with external parties and make
appropriate plans to respond to matters raised, as well as respond to phone
calls, assist and attend to visitors.
· Organize
travel arrangements, planning and programming of meetings/conferences and
communicate periodically with members of staff and other personnel.
· Deposit
funds in the bank, and prepare book journal entries affiliated with such
deposits
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
or any other related fields with a minimum of three (3) years’ relevant
experience.
Proficient in computer usage and knowledge in peach-tree,
quick-books, & sage accounting software will be an added advantage.
Must possess the ability to converse effectively in verbal
and written form.
Must exhibit the ability to work productively and amicably
with superior officers and cooperate with other personnel.
Must possess strong financial and analytical ability.
