typical Nigerian on the way insurance works with the primary objective of
providing a range of insurance products that work for customers and becoming a
major player in the industry. To achieve this, the services of an experienced
insurance leader is needed to drive the corporate sales unit of the
organization,
and the successful candidate will lead a team of six unit heads
across Nigeria, and will be responsible for strengthening the Organization’s
position as the insurer of choice for a number of corporates.

Develop long-term sales strategy and direction for the
company; set specific goals and policies for corporate business.
Develop “Market Intelligence” activities to actively track
and respond to the needs of various customer segments
Drive revenue generation in the corporate business of the
organization, establish formal sales management processes
Determine product mix and target markets for the company,
develop products, pricing and profitability analysis
Qualifications
Must possess minimum of 15 years’ experience in sales and
not less than 10 years in the insurance industry
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
CIIN Certification (ACIIN or FCIIN)
