Monday Morning Motivation: Adding Value to Your Organization

“For you had little before I came, and it has increased abundantly” – Genesis 30:30

The only reason any organization employs a person is because the organization believes such a person has the potential to add value to the organization.

Employees who add tangible value to their organizations climb the corporate ladder faster than those who don't.

Adding value to your organization is one sure way to build your reputation as a powerhouse in your career.

Employees who understand that career success is a journey look for opportunities to add value to their organization regardless of what project they handle. Such employees don't have the salary mentality (working just to earn a salary whether or not the organization is making progress).

If you are been receiving salary from your organization and your organization is not getting tangible value from you, you are robbing your organization and depriving the organization of your best.

Every employee must take out time to evaluate him/her self to know if they are adding value to their organization and make amendments where there is need.

If you are an employee that is adding value to your organization, you should able to say like Jacob- “For you had little before I came, and it has increased abundantly"

Make up your mind today to add value to your organization because you have all it takes to do so.
