client is in the entertainment industry and seeks to hire a project manager who
will be in charge of the overall planning of an upcoming event in the most
efficient and timely manner
and in accordance with the best practices in the
industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate internal/external resources and third
parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the event.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensure that the event runs smoothly and is within scope and
within budget.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from any reputable Institution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience is Project
planning/management preferably in the Entertainment Industry.
Should posses skills in event planning, vendor management,
strategic planning and project management.
Excellent reporting and interpersonal skills.
