Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building
facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos. In view of our quest
for expansion, we are currently recruiting to fill the position below:
IT Support System/ Administrator
Job Type: Full

Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
Experience Required:5

Duties and
Responsibilities
In-charge of procuring and maintenance of all IT equipment
in the company
In-charge of registering all employees on the company
emailing system
In-charge of daily administration of the company server and
database
In-charge of registering and monitoring of all employees on
the time clocking machine
Handles all issues relating to company network, computers
and printers
In-charge of new installation of IT equipment in the company
Requirements
Must be a holder of HND / B.Sc Computer Science or related
field.
Must be experienced in IT and System Administration and must
have at least 5 years’ experience.
In-depth understanding of computers and Network
Administration
Ability to perform duties with attention to details, speed,
accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum
supervision.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English
HSE Officer
Job Type: Full
Time
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
Experience Required:
5 years
Location: Lagos
Duties and
Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and
unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
To correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular
line of authority
May exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe
acts when immediate action is required.
Maintains awareness of active and developing situations.
To ensure the Site Safety and Health Plan is prepared and
implemented.
To ensure there is safety messages in each Incident Action
Plan.
Any other related job
HSE Responsibilities
Take reasonable care of my own safety.
Take reasonable care of the safety of others that might be
affected.
Comply with all reasonable safety policies and procedures of
the company including reporting of hazards or incidents via the company’s
reporting process
To take care of all equipment and PPEs in their possession
Qualification
Must be a holder of Degree in any environmental and safety
sciences
Must be a certified safety professional
Must be experienced in high rise building maintenance and
must have at least 5 years experience.
Knowledge and Skills
Required:
Good understanding of hazard identification and risk
assessment studies
Effective at time management and prioritizing tasks to
achieve deadlines
Developed ability to produce reports and presentations
Strong team working, leadership and communication skills.
MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Internet
