Professional Qualifications
Description
Coordinates ICT activities in line with Strategic objectives
of the Company.
· Coordinates
ICT Implementations and deployments across different business functions.
· Promote use
of SAP and other Business Systems deployed in the Company.
· Liaise with Heads of department in the
design, implementation and enforcement of internal controls using SAP and other
business systems.
· Liaise
extensively with heads of departments and “super users” to understand their SAP
requirements and provide solutions to those business needs.
· Develop,
Test, and deploy solutions using SAP and other systems to meet business needs
as required.
· Configure
SAP reports to ensure that they meet business needs.
· Provide
support to all users, listening to concerns and identifying issues, finding and
implementing solutions.
· Oversee and
manage Projects around the modification, enhancement or implementation of new
functionality of SAP and other related products including data migration.
· Support
users on change control and management.
· Provide
training and user manuals to users of business systems.
· Provide
periodic and ad-hoc reports to management to aid decision making on SAP and
related Systems.
Requirements
Academic
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Professional Qualifications
CCNA, MCSE, SAP BASIS, ITIL,CBAP, PMP, FICO certification,
or any relevant SAP functional certification (MM, PS, PM, etc),
Experience
Candidate should have at least 6 years relevant experience
on ICT Solutions, Deployments and SAP
Project delivery, E2E life cycle Implementation and Customer engagements
