The Management team works closely with our staffs to guide products from conception to launch. As part of the Management team, you bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services that our customers love. You'll work with Sunvait Network Ltd from Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to name just a few. You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at Sunvait Network Ltd speed. As an Executive director, you will be part of shaping Sunvait Network Ltd's next moonshot.

The Director, Executive Management -will be responsible for leading and managing the product management function for User-Generated Content (UGC) in Sunvait Network Ltd. You will drive UGC strategy beyond and across Sunvait Network Ltd.

With eyes focused squarely on the future, our team works closely with creative and prolific engineers to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting and tailoring our solutions to all the markets where Sunvait Network Ltd does business.

The team builds the most accurate, comprehensive, and useful maps for our users. More than a millions people rely on Sunvait Network Ltd Maps services to explore the world and navigate their daily lives, choosing where to get a bite of pizza, flying over a 3D version of Lagos City, and saving time commuting. Also helps merchants get their businesses on Sunvait Network Ltd

Responsibilities

• Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with business stakeholders, legal, and policy teams
• Evaluate technologies and identify opportunities to innovate and improve our features and capabilities
• Own the product lifecycle, which includes defining the product roadmap, working closely with the engineering team on feature specifications, representing the voice of the user, and making decisions about implementation and resource trade-offs.
• Be a great storyteller, able to build a strong product narrative which clearly articulates the motivation for the project, goals, and path to success. Coordinate with

• Program Managers, Technical Program Managers and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery
• Work with our key partners to fully understand the problem and define a product and know the full tech stack. Identify the technical insight(s) at the heart of the product

• Qualifications
• Minimum qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 10 years of experience as an Executive director designing and developing UIs and Tools and prioritizing product roadmaps.
• Product experience with enterprise systems or other systems with business logic.
• Experience managing and mentoring.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience strengthening partner relationships and interacting with Engineering teams. Track record of helping other MDs improve their skills and achieve their goals.
• Experience getting things done with people who do not report to them. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborator, with team oriented management style/empathy.

• Ability to influence without authority.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment. Great, innovative problem solver that can turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear solutions.
