RS Hunter Limited- Our client, a Luxury brand is seeking an outgoing and assertive individual for the role of a Branch Sales Manager. The candidate will have the autonomy to manage, mentor, and develop the sales team as well as build relationships with brands directly and ensure the service proposition is of a world renowned luxury standard.





Job description


  • Manage the sales floor to ensure a high energy, positive floor experience for staff and clients experience
  • Provide effective team leadership through open communication, training, coaching and active encouragement of the sales team to meet or exceed target  
  • Maintain knowledge of all organisations products
  • Ensure an unparalleled client experience
  • Keep the relevant parties and customer abreast of corporate communication through timely emails and verbal discussion
  • Perform timely/holistic, formal and informal shop visit audits
  • Understand and uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies on a consistent basis, and ensure total team adherence to these same policies
  • Build effective relationships and partnerships with fellow employees, colleagues, supervisors, and clients
  • Resolve personnel concerns fairly and in a timely manner
  • Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures; embrace and support company initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies


Job Requirement and Skills

  • Drive for results and leaderships skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
  • Excellent command of the English language


Educational Qualification and Experience 

B.s.c in Marketing or any related field
Minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Branch Manager in luxury sales
