- Manage the sales floor to ensure a high energy, positive floor experience for staff and clients experience
- Provide effective team leadership through open communication, training, coaching and active encouragement of the sales team to meet or exceed target
- Maintain knowledge of all organisations products
- Ensure an unparalleled client experience
- Keep the relevant parties and customer abreast of corporate communication through timely emails and verbal discussion
- Perform timely/holistic, formal and informal shop visit audits
- Understand and uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies on a consistent basis, and ensure total team adherence to these same policies
- Build effective relationships and partnerships with fellow employees, colleagues, supervisors, and clients
- Resolve personnel concerns fairly and in a timely manner
- Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures; embrace and support company initiatives
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies

- Excellent command of the English language
Educational Qualification and Experience
B.s.c in Marketing or any related field
Minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Branch Manager in
luxury sales
