RS Hunter Limited Vacancy For Account Manager

RS Hunter Limited- Our client in the travels and tours industry is currently looking to fill the role of a Key Accounts Manager. The individual will be responsible for managing several key accounts with the objective of growing revenues, increasing margins and retaining business.

Job Description

  • The individual will effectively communicate client objectives across the business, as well as resolving any escalated issues and maintaining service delivery.
  • He/She  will also be responsible for communicating travel trends to clients and keeping them abreast of new product and innovations
  • Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
  • He/she will Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
  • He/She will be responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
  • Ensure the compliance of the customers' needs and wishes as well as of their time schedule                  
  • Also oversee and manage periodic reviews of account performance and recommend termination or further follow-up actions as necessary
  • Liaise with the internal operations team to ensure optimal services to the end consumer
  • Job Skills and Requirement
  • A proven track record in the hospitality / tourism industry, preferably in a marketing/sales environment dealing with tour operators, product managers, travel agents
  • A sound knowledge of the tourism scene
  • Ability to negotiate and find solutions
  • ​Creativity with a positive and innovative approach to challenges
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team



Educational Qualification and Experience

B.s.c in any related Degree

3-5 years in the Travel and Tours industry
