Job Title: Head, Business Intelligence & Strategy
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- He/she will oversee all aspects of the company’s day to day Sales & Marketing department operations to ensure compliance with the company’s policy and procedures, and highest level of service
- Marketing of all FBO services (Maintenance, fuelling, charter, aircraft sales, helicopter sales) to client base which includes Jet owners, crew, HNIs, Aviation Managers and Aircraft Operators
- Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy
- Oversee the development of marketing and promotional materials
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions and conferences
- Increase the company’s brand awareness in alliance with the Corporate Affairs department
- Client retention; promoting new services to clients
- Generate new business by increasing client base
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities
- Identify new opportunities for business development
- Relationship management; corresponding with new and existing client
- Achieve profitable business growth in line with company’s business plan
- Coordinate activities of the Jet Fuel desk in Operations to avoid duplication of duties and increase efficiency
- Provide practical solutions to the management based on customer feedback.
- Maintain client database and ensure it is updated regularly
- Ensure that all service worksheets, templates; electronic and paper folders are up to date
- Keeping track of clients’ credit worthiness through various means (including informal) to ensure minimum credit exposure risk to the company
- Represent the Sales & Marketing department as and when required internally and externally
Managerial Responsibilities
- Build, manage and coordinate the Sales & Marketing team.
- Accountable for the daily operations and standards of the Sales & Marketing department
- Write Standard Operational Procedure for Sales & Marketing Department
- Conduct staff appraisals for the team
- Identify training needs and develop training plan for Sales & Marketing team with Human Resource

Educational Qualification and Experience
- B.s.c in any related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Aviation Sales & Marketing
- Substantial work experience in similar role
