Alexander Nelson – An IT Company located in Yaba, Lagos with international affiliations is currently seeking a Client Relations Manager.

Job Description


This role is required to build and establish positive relationships between the organization and her clients.
We are looking for someone who will create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. The person will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. This role will need an excellent communicator who is able to understand customer needs and brainstorm ways to achieve customer satisfaction. Background knowledge in customer service and digital marketing will be a great plus. Candidate’s goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.

As a part of the core team, you will


- Create a communication system between the company and her clients
- Ensure that the system is implemented and synchronized with the operations of other departments.
- Report to the Division manager or heads of other departments in ensuring that clients’ needs are met promptly.
- Work closely with the Business development manager in ensuring that the company builds relationship with clients and secures new clients.
- Train new client relationship managers that will join the team in the nearest future.

Job requirements


- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- A professional certification in customer relationship management will be a plus
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
