Responsibilities
Customer Implementation
Delivery of standard and customized end-2-end
implementation. The tasks include project planning, requirement gathering,
customization, technical solutioning, client training, system and
post-implementation review.
Negotiate or facilitate negotiation of customer
documentation.
Getting Implementation Right the First Time
Sales Support
Provide consultation to Cash Management/Trade on solution
formulation.
Assist transaction banking manager to ensure revenue
realization and growth.
Support RFP/RPF process.
Providing support to other team members.
Drive utilization, penetration and reduce dormancy of all
existing Channels.
Client Support
Act as a consultant to provide technical solutioning,
gathering their feedback and requirements for future system enhancement.
Delivering Channel Products/ Project within agreed timeline.
Ensure improvement of the processes within the department by
conducting periodic checks using key Control Standards.
Channel/Service Management.
Support product & channel releases / commercialization.
Provide (customers’) feedback to Channel team to request
system enhancement.
Provide Customer & Staff trainings.
To ensure Electronic Banking Agreements and all system setup
documentation are completed before performing any installations or set ups.
To work with Product Management in the roll out of new
Electronic Banking systems and upgrade releases by participating in User
Acceptance Tests.
Requirements
Generic
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem resolution skills.
Basic knowledge of Industry banking systems
Functional
Demonstrate ability in quantitative analysis.
Must be able to take decision without much supervision.
Good use of IT , Trade & Cash Management applications
Qualifications and Experience
- University Graduate with at least 1-4 years working experience in IT, Banking Operations, Cash Management, Product development.
- Good understanding on industrial standards/ERPs like SAP, Oracle, SwiftNet.
- Good analytical and problem solving skill.
- Hands-on and solid relevant experience of the following preferred:
- Banking product/project management experience preferred.
- Client facing such as selling or post-sales support
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be conversant and familiar with popular IT applications systems like Local Area Network, communications software and equipment, plus ability to use basic software packages throughout the bank such as Microsoft Word, Excel, , etc.
- Highly developed customer focus and understanding of service quality principles.
- Must have presentation skills and be conversant with MS PowerPoint, MS Project.
- Good communication and experienced in handling customers with sophisticated and complex needs across countries.
- Adequate understanding of the various computer processing systems and processes within the Bank.
- Good inter-personal skills, team orientation locally and the ability to work closely with internal colleagues across divisions locally and regionally.
- A knowledge of the following business areas is added advantage; Oil and Gas, Multinationals, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, South African/Regional Corporates.
