Assistant, Office of the MD
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- To assist the Managing Director with his calendar, including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Preparing agendas, materials and taking minutes for required meetings
- Attending events and meetings on behalf of the Managing Director
- Staying current with local and other relevant news and prioritizing news items for review of the Managing Director
- To provide for day-to-day general administration of the organization
- Any other such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by any of the company’s senior executives which shall not be considered inconsistent with a position of this nature.
- Perform routine administrative-type tasks
- Assist in personal tasks
- Sending out reminders
- Make purchases for the MD
- Make deliveries for the MD
- Make phone calls on behalf of the MD
- Running day to day errands for the MD
- Management of the MD’s utility bills
- Management of the MD’s imprest
Experience Required:
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience.
Educational
requirements:
University degree from a reputable university.
Essential
Requirement:
A recognised qualification in office skills such as
administration,business managment,secretarial studies or any related business
degree.
Experienced in the use of computers and related devices
Personal Attributes:
Honest, Proactive, trustworthy, confidential, flexible, self-motivated,
ability to work under pressure, excellent written and spoken skills.
