Job Profile:
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible
for coordinating the activities of the peer educators in their respective
states. Some of the job role for the position of M&E officer are;
Job-role:
• Maintaining and monitoring data and databases to support
the improved availability and use of process monitoring and evaluation data.
• Manage and provide technical support to all Peer
Educators.
• Capacity building of users including training, mentoring
and supportive supervisory visit.
• Ensuring complete, accurate and quality of project data
• Organising and holding monthly review meetings
• Organise and lead planning for baseline and end line

• Will submit monthly state report to the home office and

Job profile:
The Nurse associate will be responsible for the interphase
between the Social Business enterprise (SBE) and Family Planning providers in
select facilities and in the SFH franchise facilities. The successful candidate
will be responsible for promoting the uptake of Long Term Methods (LTM) of
Family planning products amongst providers as well as identifying, engaging and
creating demand for the LTMs. The Nurse associate will maintain the database of
the enlisted providers and grow this overtime.
Job Qualifications/Experience:
Registered Nurse with Midwifery qualification.
Two years hands on experience in providing family planning
services
Good communication skills
Knowledge of customer engagement and trade marketing
