Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer – (based in Lagos, Kaduna and Kano)

Duration of Contract: Full time, Fixed Term Contract for (6 months)

Job Profile:
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the peer educators in their respective states. Some of the job role for the position of M&E officer are;

Job-role:
• Maintaining and monitoring data and databases to support the improved availability and use of process monitoring and evaluation data.
• Manage and provide technical support to all Peer Educators.
• Capacity building of users including training, mentoring and supportive supervisory visit.
• Ensuring complete, accurate and quality of project data
• Organising and holding monthly review meetings
• Organise and lead planning for baseline and end line assessment of the project
• Will submit monthly state report to the home office and give feedback to the peer educators being supervised.

Qualifications/Experience:
• Must have a bachelor degree preferably in natural or biological science.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
• Must possess a minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience
• Must have experienced working with DHIS 2.0 software
• Must have experience in project monitoring, evaluation and data management


Position: Peer Educator – (based in Lagos, Kaduna and Kano)

Duration of Contract: Full time, Fixed Term Contract for (6 months)

Number of Persons: Twenty Seven (27) per location

Job Profile:
The Peer Educator will be responsible for recruiting peers in their location for peer education sessions. The PEs will report to the monitoring and evaluation officer, would be part of monthly review meetings, and would submit the report of their monthly activities to the M&E officer.
Qualifications/Experience:
• Must have an OND, HND or BSc degree in any humanities or social science course.
• Must possess good communication skill
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English and the local language applied for
• Community Health Extension Workers (CHEWs) have an advantage

 Position: Asset Management Officer – (Abuja)

Project: GF HIV Project
Duration of Contract: Full time, Fixed Term Contract (9 months)

Job Profile
Reporting to the Deputy Director-Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for updating SFH master physical asset register on SAP, reconciliation of field offices asset register, ensure accurate tagging of the assets and proper classification of assets by donor as well as ensure complete documentations for receipt, movement, transfer and assignment of assets. S/He will be responsible for proper inventory management of head office stationeries and promotional materials

Qualifications/ Experience:
• B.sc/HND Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
• MBA/Msc in relevant discipline is an added advantage
• 5 years’ experience in asset management, inventory management and general administration.
• Computer skills is compulsory
• Knowledge of SAP asset management will be an added advantage.

 Position: Nursing Associate


Locations: Abuja

Length of Contract: Initial period of 3 months (with possibility of renewal)

Type of Contract: Consultancy

Job profile:
The Nurse associate will be responsible for the interphase between the Social Business enterprise (SBE) and Family Planning providers in select facilities and in the SFH franchise facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the uptake of Long Term Methods (LTM) of Family planning products amongst providers as well as identifying, engaging and creating demand for the LTMs. The Nurse associate will maintain the database of the enlisted providers and grow this overtime.

Job Qualifications/Experience:
 Registered Nurse with Midwifery qualification.
 Two years hands on experience in providing family planning services
 Good communication skills
 Knowledge of customer engagement and trade marketing
 Computer literate
