Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Lagos
Basic Function:
- You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services
- Educate customers on available loan products
- The telesales executive will gather applicable information, verify certain details regarding the prospective borrower, and then refer them to a Loan Officer.
- Ability to explain the characteristics and eligibility requirements of various loan programs and government guidelines in order to determine the appropriate loan programs that meet the customers financial needs.
- Responsible for Expanding and developing new markets through innovative sales strategies.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through outbound calls.
- The position will require handling a high volume of phone calls.
- Engage in timely follow up and maintain open lines of communication.
- Document work accurately and timely.
- Must be friendly and persuasive
