Sigma Consulting - Our client, a Hospital located in Victoria Island, Lagos State is recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title :  Facilities Manager


Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Reporting to: General Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a full time Facilities Manager whose job description will include among others inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results.

The successful candidate will oversee the company’s facility operations, manage staff, manage office moves and manage janitorial duties.

Personal-Team-Organization:

Coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance

Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary

Contract out landscaping and snow removal services

Oversee and supervise team of maintenance technicians

Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies

Coordinate with the Director of Capital Projects on the implementation of new building projects

Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of OND with 1-5 years experience.

Competencies - Specificity:

Able to read and understand electrical, mechanical and automation solutions
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
Demonstrated leadership skills
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management skills.
