Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer

Employment Type- Full Time

Location- Ikoyi Lagos

Job Description:
• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
• Managing relationships with customers
• Attend to all enquiries from customers
• Generating new sales leads and contacts
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, Facility Manager, Senior management) to address customers’ needs

Requirements:
• B.Sc in any field
• Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship
• Strong communication skills
• Highly motivated, matured and committed individual
• Must be IT Savvy
• Must be able to drive
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
