Customer Service Officer at Chairborne Global Services

Chairborne Global Services is a fast growing Marine Logistics Company. We are looking to hire two Customer Service Officers (Lagos & PortHarcourt respectively).

Job Title-Customer Service Officer

Employment Type- Full Time

Location-Lagos, Poet Harcourt

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manning the company front desk as the first point of call.
2. Responding to internal & external telephone and email enquiries.
3. Provide Administrative support in raising requisitions and supervising support staff.
4. Responsible for welcoming guests and issuing
5. Provide support in ordering office supplies.
6. Maintaining the front desk office area clean and organized.
7. Receive shipments and mails on behalf of the company.
8. Updating records and files.
9. Organize official travel arrangements and logistics for staff.

Requirements:

1. HND in any discipline
2. OND/Evening (part time study students) will also be considered.
3. Must be confident and well spoken.
4. Must be conversant with Microsoft Office.
5. Must be courteous, polite and posses good communication skills.
6. Multitasking and time management.
7. Organization and planning
