Job Descriptions

  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing projects.
  • Assist in scheduling, creating and distributing meeting minutes
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinating executive calendar and set up of periodic meetings
  • Reporting directly to the Chairman
Job Requirements

Qualification-
B.Sc degree in any discipline but must have a good command of written and spoken English

Experience-

2 Years Experience

Knowledge-

Knowledge of Microsoft packages is very important
Basic knowledge of how to use basic Project management tools
Ability to work late hours is also essential
