Brand Manager at an FMCG

Our Client, a leading FMCG Conglomerate (Wines and Spirits) is looking to hire Brand Manager to Develop and implement marketing strategy to effectively reach customers, communicate the value proposition of the product and influence purchase of product.


Job Title: Brand Manager(Wines and Spirit)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Salary: Negotiable


Responsibilities


  • Lead various strategic mappings for assigned brands using key consumer and market insights to enhance current portfolio performance and improve communications with consumers.
  • Also manage external partners/agencies; media relations, public relations, promotions, digital and sponsorship, in developing above-the-line and below-the-line marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Preparation of brand marketing plan, and quarterly promotional strategy.
  • Coordinate HoReCa, Modern Trade and Wholesales market sales and activation.
  • Manage all Market Research, trade, advertising, promotion and new product development
  • Production of in- house promotional materials and publication, designing press releases and organizing promotional activities.
  • Management of events organized by company to promote own brands.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on competition and market developments.
  • Managing advertising and PR agencies
  • Accountability for brand’s performance and working closely with sales team.
  • Brand sales analysis and follow up for strategy implementation.
  • Provide monthly product updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills


  • BSc. or Post graduate qualification in any related field,
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the FMCG (wines and spirits) sector
  • Good knowledge of the Wines and Spirits industry
  • Problem solving
  • Good knowledge of brand management and activations
