kimberly-ryan- Our client; a management consulting firm is recruiting to fill the position of Human Resource Manager.



Job Title- Human Resource Manager

Location-Lagos

 Responsibilities

  •  Establish and coordinate recruiting, testing, interviewing and selection program of employees.
  • Manage employee relation, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counselling of employees and supervisors.
  • Review and maintain human resource policies and procedures, make recommendations where necessary.
  •  Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state regulations/requirements. 
  •  Management of employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
  • Coordinate exit interviews, analyze and recommend retention strategies to Senior Management.
  • Work closely with leaders and executives to develop and strengthen employee engagement activities.
Experience and Qualifications
  • A bachelor degree in the related field
  •  A post-university degree or professional certification will be added advantage.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  •  Experience with companies with exposure to best practices.
  •  IT-driven.
