Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full Time

About the Job

Our client, a diversified company with interest in Business Consulting and Visa Services Operations with head office in Lekki requires the services of an experienced Personal Assistant, preferably male.

PERSON SPECIFICATION


  • Attention to professional detail.
  • Ability to memorize the MD’s schedule
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good command of English 
  •  Discretion and confidentiality
  • Up-to-date with modern gadgets and applications
  • Preferably Christian 
  • Unmarried 



REQUIREMENTS


  • Bsc in Administration, Social Sciences or any equivalent course from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role as personal assistant
  • Driving License Mandatory
  • International Passport (possible travel)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
  • Preferably Male.
