ABOUT THE ROLE OF TRAINING CONSULTANT
- Driving and participating in digital transformation and consultancy projects when required
- Creation of fast-track training (bootcamps) using applied learning, real case scenarios, simulations, laboratories, projects and challenges.
- Collaborating in customized and innovate proposals aligned to business objectives and KPIs to improve identified technical and leadership skills.
- Creating, designing, planning and delivery of high impact training in technology
ABOUT THE PERSON/ JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the analytics, or business data field.
- Strong experience (300 hours plus) experience in delivering training in Data Science
- You will have good analytical skills in order to back up your recommendations as well as be able to influence stakeholders within the business and within the clients
- Experience in big data and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Excellent customer service and pre-sales skills to ensure client needs are understood and met
- Problem solving skills will be required so that you can dig deep and understand what the true needs are and adapt your training programs to suit.
- As you are already an experienced training professional, it would be a given that you have excellent communication and engagement skills so that you know that your training is working and being retained.
- Specialist consultancy experience in the required topic would be essential
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
- Proven solid knowledge in math and statistics
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Experience working with and creating data architectures, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
- Ideally certified in Azure DP-100, DP- 200, DP-201 and AI-100
Additional Desirable Skills
- Project management experience
- One or more of PMP/CAMP/ITIL/SIXSIGMA/SCRUM certification is desirable
- Proven Digital Transformation project experience or/and Knowledge of
- Proven data driven field experience (Big data, Business intelligence, Business Analytics)
