Job Title: Technical Operations Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Contract


Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Technical Operations Coordinator is to lead the planning and deployment of all technology solutions around networking, connectivity, OEM solution integration, maintenance and other support services.

Responsibilities:


  • Design and propose solutions to customers, prepare proposals, including technical proposals
  • Coordinate the execution of technical projects to ensure functionality and efficiency of solutions
  • Monitor, report, analyze and escalate on day-to-day operational execution of projects
  • Monitor all internal product development activities
  • Facilitate OEM partner registrations
  • Liaise with and maintain communication and relationships with OEM partners
  • Attend trainings for OEM technology services
  • Prepare quotes and presentations
  • Prepare project plans
  • Assist with development of reports and updates for leadership
  • Proactively identify problems/opportunities for improvement in operational processes and work with leadership to remediate
  • Analyze and review current workflows and processes for best practices and process improvement


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics & Electrical or other relevant technology field
  • 2 – 3 years prior and relevant work experience 
  • Understanding of Cisco technologies
  • Understanding of Networking concepts
  • Understanding of telecommunications concepts, information and communication technologies
  • Knowledge of web security, firewalls, project management
  • Ability to coordinate engineers onsite.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to design optimal solutions for problems and work with others to solve large complex problems
  • The aptitude, focus and determination to manage project deliverables and demonstrate timely results
