Job Description

As an administrative assistant, you may be required to provide administrative and clerical support for the entire office or you might be assigned to a particular team and work exclusively with those individuals

Responsibilities


  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed


Skills


  • Must possess excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent report writing skills and proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook email (calendar system).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be confident and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain grace under pressure
  • International exposure/experience preferred.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related courses from accredited College or University.
  • Certification in administrative and secretarial training is an advantage but not required.
