Job Description
As an administrative assistant, you may be required to provide administrative and clerical support for the entire office or you might be assigned to a particular team and work exclusively with those individualsResponsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Skills
- Must possess excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Excellent report writing skills and proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook email (calendar system).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be confident and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain grace under pressure
- International exposure/experience preferred.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related courses from accredited College or University.
- Certification in administrative and secretarial training is an advantage but not required.
