Job Description

We are searching for a creative and determined Growth Marketer to join our team at Survey54. Reporting to the Founder, the Growth Marketing Manager will have responsibility for growing Survey54 across Africa. The Growth Marketing role involves leveraging marketing expertise; from producing high-quality content, through to developing compelling campaigns, and testing multiple digital and offline channels. A growth mindset is a key to success here and you will be given full autonomy to deliver on your goals. Using video and creative content to draw in audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a cohesive marketing strategy by leveraging expertise and knowledge of our target consumers within Africa

Increase brand awareness with target business users through compelling adverts and social campaigns.

• Produce high quality, on message content across a range of mediums
• Work closely with the product teams to develop growth tools in order to achieve goals
• Build partnerships with blogs/ game-apps/ consumer tech products within Africa ( including North Africa)
• Build user panel within Nigeria and South Africa.

Skills and Experience

• Expert in social media and video content
• Proven track record of achieving user growth within another company.
• Excellent written English and a flair for high-quality ad copy
• Strong experience in content production (one or more): blogs / video / podcasts
• Pro-user (not technical user) of Google Analytics
