Job Title: Medical Supply Assistant (Work from Home)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Part Time

Responsibilities
- Create and respond to emails, chats, voicemails, etc.
- Document all of the work progress in the agenda spreadsheet.
- Date entry into system.
- Communicate with Supervisor any discrepancies
- Place, approve and continuously audit supply orders.
- Place DME (walker, hospital bed, etc ) requests via fax and complete audits
- Tracking supplies orders
- Able to make judgement calls in regards to patients supply orders
Requirements
- Medical School Graduate
- Foreign Trained Physician or Registered Nurse
- Tech savvy and Must own home computer
- Experience with EMR system
- Medical writing; Developing educational material; Literature searches; Continuing Medical Education; Community outreach; Public Relations
- Desire to provide the utmost in patient-centered care
- Ability to: multi-task in a busy clinical environment; handle a vast amount & variety of responsibilities; improvise and adapt; work in a team; follow directions and implement feedback to improve job performance
- Leadership capability
- Superb verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Perks
- This position will begin Part-Time with potential to turn into a Full-Time position by the end of the year
- Hours are Monday - Friday between 8am - 3pm (Eastern Standard Time)
