Job Title: Supervisor - Performance and Reward

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full Time


Objectives

Management of all employee performance management and pay related matters

Responsibilities

1. Pay Structure Management

2. Role Profile Project

3. Compensation Survey
4. Prepare annual TGC Statement for all employees
5. Deal with Group Life Assurance and Employee Compensation (NSITF) matters
6. Providing Annual Head count data insurance brokers at request.
7. Preparing monthly HR report: Gather data about employee's total number for the end of     each month. Prepare the report each month.
8. Managing employee's records:
    Update employees record on the Human Resources information system database.
    Ensure all documents are properly filled in employee’s files and are kept safely.
    Archive employee's data on the HRIS after resignation or dismissal and take the files to         the physical Archive.
9. Salary Input: Gather salary input document from various departments. Ensure all input are sent to Account department on or before 15th of each month.
10. Reconcile all outsourced employee bills and ensure it is sent to account department for payment
11.  Employee exit management
12. Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department
13. Carries out any other assigned jobs by supervisor


Qualifications


  • BSc /HND in Administrative or related courses


Experience


  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar function in an FMCG


Knowledge and Skills


  • Data Oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good Knowledge of the Nigeria Labour Laws and Industrial policies
