Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers in the advertising industry especially digital marketing.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Developing and delivering sales presentations to clients.
  • Manage and grow key customer relationships within existing accounts whilst developing new business opportunities
  • Drive peak performance by way of increased revenue and profit
  • Weekly and Monthly analysis and reporting business performance as required
  • Devising and implementing strategies for meeting account and revenue targets
  • Sell a wide portfolio of traditional and digital advertising/marketing solutions.
  • Reporting on activities and campaigns and presenting at meetings. Providing insights and recommendations
  • Monitor competition prepare and share report
  • Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements


Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in a senior sales role at an advertising/digital marketing agency
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Verifiable experience generating and converting leads from Large corporations, FMCGs and multinationals
