Job Description
The candidate will provide administrative support functions to the human resource operations of the organisation and also support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department. His/ her responsibilities include but not limited to employees' data management, talent management, compensation and benefits, learning & development, employee welfare & engagement, updating and ensuring compliance of the company's policies.Requirements
- Minimum of 2 1
- Must be a chartered HR professional
- Three to Five years experience in HR (Generalist preferably) & Admin position
- Must have worked in a highly reputable organization
- MSc/ MBA is an added advantage
- Familiar with the Nigeria labour law and other related laws
