Job Description

Babajide Okusaga & Co. is looking for a great addition to our team. Versatile and Passionate for results, the individual will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, sales & letting of client property, mortgage origination/advisory, revenue generation, and customer management initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the sales & letting process and the dynamics of the real estate business, the ability to generate and close agency transactions offline and online vide the digital ecosystem, sales & letting strategy execution, sales & letting presentations to prospective clients also assist in coordinating sales & letting efforts and marketing programs, farming for properties for sale and letting, assist in designing and managing customer loyalty schemes, arranging of inspections, reporting, and documentation of properties, in addition to possessing excellent interpersonal skills, etc.

General Requirements

We are more interested in the delivery capabilities of potential candidates.

The following qualifications are just a guide. 

  • BSc, HND or OND in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any other relevant/related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in estate agency, sales, business development or related functions
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal skills, ICT Savviness.
  • Not above 26 years of age.
