Job Title: Brand Strategist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the followings;
- Design cross-platform campaigns for clients brands that delivers effectively on clients' outcomes.
- Facilitate the attainment of a top notch quality in research, planning, briefing and presentation.
- Research, document and present the drivers of the critical business outcomes of clients' brands and work with team in structuring up-selling and cross-selling activities. Collaborate with Business Management team, Creative and Media teams to define project objectives, set performance metrics and establish project approach.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions with cross-functional campaign teams to synthesize actionable unpopular and edgy marketing ideas and solutions.
- Conduct monthly competitive analysis on agency's brands and proactively share market trends and growth insights with clients.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, behaviours, technologies and competitors.
- Target Audience identification and profiling. Evolve new business ideas either for new business prospects or existing clients.
Qualifications
Education:
B.Sc., B.A or HND in any numerate, communication or behavioural sciences from a recognised institution. Advanced or professional certification will be an added advantage.
Skills and personal qualities:
- Client relationship management. A good understanding of advertising, design and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Logic, creativity and imagination
- Confidence, enthusiasm and determination
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- The resilience to accept criticism of your work
- Commercial awareness with the ability to understand the target audience
- An interest in popular culture, new trends and styles
- Good research skills
Experience:
4 years minimum experience in Advertising Agency, in similar position.
