Job Description

N-YEP is looking for a Marketing Management Associate to join our growing team!  We are a startup non-profit organisation  based in Nigeria. Our mission is to create spaces within communities where marginalised young Nigerians are empowered. 



How Will I Make An Impact?

  • Conduct research to analyze audience behavior (e.g. donor and volunteer habits, trends and preferences)
  • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
  • Set up success tracking and reporting systems for all marketing activities 
  • Produce promotional materials and social media content 
  • Organize promotional activities for new initiatives and programs.
  • Produce and marketing campaign status reports and updates
  • Manage all marketing & communications tools including social media assets
  • Other duties as assigned.


What Is N-YEP Looking For From Me?

  • Ability to wear many hats
  • Detail oriented, dependable and a strong desire to get things done
  • Must be a self starter with ability to deliver with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time-management
  • Understand the concepts related to the management of a project
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, Asana


Must Haves

  • University graduate preferably in Marketing or Communications, Master’s degree is an asset.
  • 1 year experience
  • NYSC must be completed.
  • Fast internet connection 
  • Own laptop
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones - WAT, GMT, CST and EST
  • Resident in Lagos, Nigeria 
  • Ability to start immediately
