Mavin Records is looking to hire a world-class Activation manager who will oversee projects and campaigns on all scales, creating and executing strategies that ensure a steady success rate of at least 70%. This role is tasked with creating, planning, implementing, executing, and managing partnerships with relevant brands in order to achieve Mavin’s business goal.

Key Goals For Our Activation Manager
Brand management and activations, excellent execution, and a lot of team collaborations on projects.
● Deep research of suitable brands, pitching, negotiating, and closing profitable partnerships.
● Expanding and managing existing Mavin partnerships
● Cross-departmental brainstorming sessions with the partnership and marketing team, creating and implementing flexible strategies on existing assets
● Ensuring proper account management & operations to facilitate the smooth handoff of deals, delivering best partner experience as possible
● Managing communication; ensuring healthy feedback between Mavin and associated brands
● Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
● Managing project lifecycle to ensure timely deliverables within budget
● Creating value-add assets to increase revenue line for the business
● Measure and analyze brand activation efforts and create/maintain post analyses report of activation projects
● Articulate the needs of Brands internally to drive actionable impact
● Other duties as assigned

● Ability to collaborate and present campaigns to cross-functional partners such as label partners, technical resources, and brands

● Must thrive in a team environment but be able to take initiative and work independently
● Bachelor’s Degree is required
● Excellent communication skills- written and verbal, excellent negotiation and management skills with keen attention to details and market trends
● At least 3 years of relevant experience is needed.
