Job Summary
The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for information according to what is established in Contact Strategy
Main purpose or function of the position
Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
Comply with the agreed service level of relevant information for the BU
Align the data that are in all Systems, Salesforce, POC EYE, DMS, CIC, Syspro, etc
High standards and attention to detail are a must in order to produce quality work.
Main responsibilities
Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices
Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
Automate processes and reports
Requirements:
Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing.
Experience in sales analysis.
Strong research and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office and power BI
Statistical analysis and computing
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Projection and forecasting skills.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
