Job Description
- Raising request for movement of fleets, drivers, maintenance, and other expenses required by the organization.
- Managing and overseeing administrative processes as instructed by the manager.
- Handling office tasks such as filling, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings and reordering supplies.
- Maintain polite and professional communications via phone and e-mail
- Assisted in managing office correspondence and efficient record keeping.
- Maintained database of all requests forwarded for approval.
- Maintain custody of all company assets for safekeeping.
- Update and maintain record of all organizational assets.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND/HND/BSC in relevant discipline
- Minimum of two years related experience.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office suites (Ms word, Excel).
- Speaking Hausa is an added Advantage
