Quales
Consulting is seeking a motivated and experienced Partnership Lead to drive
partnerships and sales initiatives, playing a pivotal role in the expansion and
success of our technology consulting and outsourcing services. Reporting
directly to the Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible
for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving sales, and
contributing to the overall growth of Quales Consulting.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and
establish strategic partnerships that align with Quales Consulting's goals
and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong
relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
- Collaborate with internal teams
to create innovative and value-driven partnership solutions.
- Sales Leadership:
- Drive the sales strategy for
technology consulting and outsourcing services, meeting and exceeding
revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective
sales plans, leveraging both existing and new partnerships.
- Lead negotiations and contract
discussions to secure profitable business deals.
- Hybrid Role:
- Maintain a physical presence as
required, approximately 65% of the time, to engage with partners, clients,
and the Quales Consulting team.
- Effectively manage remote and
in-person collaboration to maximize productivity.
- Ownership and Accountability:
- Take ownership of the
consulting lead role, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven
approach.
- Define and track key
performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and adjust strategies
accordingly.
Qualifications
and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business,
Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business
development, partnership management, and driving sales in the consulting,
technology, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation and
communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track
record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- 5-7 years of relevant
experience.
