Membership & Programmes Officer at The Association of Corporate Treasurers of Nigeria

 


The Association of Corporate Treasurers of Nigeria (ACTN) is seeking a motivated and dedicated Nysc Corper Membership & Programmes Officer to oversee membership activities and coordinate various programs. The role requires a proactive individual capable of managing membership engagement and supporting the development of impactful programs for the association.


Job Title: Membership & Programmes Officer (Nysc Corper)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

 

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Engagement:

· Manage the association's membership database, including new member registrations and renewals.

· Respond to membership inquiries, provide information about benefits, and assist with membership-related queries.

· Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.

Program Coordination:

· Assist in planning and coordinating various programs, events, and initiatives organized by the association.

· Support the development and execution of educational programs, workshops, and networking events.

Communication and Outreach:

· Communicate with members through newsletters, emails, and other communication channels to share updates, events, and relevant information.

· Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote membership benefits and upcoming programs.

Administrative Support:

· Provide administrative support for membership-related tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and reports.

· Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, participant registration, and materials preparation.

Collaboration and Networking:

· Foster relationships with existing members and seek opportunities for collaborations with industry partners.

· Represent the association at events and meetings to promote membership benefits and programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with members.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office suite and membership management software.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
