currently looking for a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for
driving growth and shaping the future of software engineering education. As a
Growth Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how we
attract and recruit the brightest minds to our institute. Leverage your
creativity and analytical prowess to propel our innovative solutions to new
heights.
Your Role:
Oversee
end-to-end recruitment campaign management.
Act as a brand
ambassador, effectively communicating our institute's values, culture, and
opportunities to potential candidates.
Lead the
admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for candidates.
Qualifications:
4 to 5 of years
work experience in growth marketing, with a focus on candidate or customer
acquisition. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and
campaign optimization.
Exceptional
communication skills to craft persuasive and engaging content.
