Role Description

AXA Mansard is looking for a Unit Manager based in Ibadan. This is a full-time role  that requires an on-site presence. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents and driving sales growth. You will provide training, guidance, and support to your team to help them achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet company objectives.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong sales and marketing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to analyze and use data to make informed decisions and develop strategies
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
