Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment
Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients,
including advertising job vacancies, attracting qualified candidates through
various channels, conducting assessments and interviews, and facilitating the
selection and onboarding processes.
• Strategic
Planning: Devise and execute comprehensive business strategies and operational
plans, focusing on HR management and recruitment operations to achieve
organizational objectives.
• Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work
environment.
• HR Operations
Oversight: Assume responsibility for all facets of HR operations, including
talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Goal Setting:
Establish clear and measurable business goals and targets for the company and
the team, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure
attainment.
• Client Relationship
Management: Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, understanding
their HR needs and delivering exceptional recruitment services to meet their
requirements.
• Financial
Management: Manage the financial aspects of the business unit, including
budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, ensuring sustainable
profitability.
