Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
-Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligned with company goals.
-Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and objectives.
2. Market Research:
-Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor offerings in the health management space.
-Provide insights on customer needs and preferences to enhance product development.
3. Client Acquisition:
-Identify and engage with prospective clients, including healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate partners.
-Understand client requirements and present tailored plan solutions.
4. Product Presentation and Demonstration:
-Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services to clients through presentations and product demonstrations.
-Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
5. Proposal Development:
-Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts.
-Ensure proposals align with client requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 2 to 4 years' experience in sales, specifically in selling solutions within the health tech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of general corporate and pharmacy sales, healthcare technology, and relevant industry regulations.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup is highly desirable.
- Background in the health industry is a plus but not essential.
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the health tech industry.
