Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Lagos
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- To update and submit on weekly basis standard consumption reports (Labour, RPM and Overheads).
- To support on the analysis and tracking of Price & Usage Variance and Inventory Write Off/Provisions.
- Daily Analysis of Production Operations to ensure timely and accurate declaration of Production Figures.
- Preparation and Analysis of Monthly Production Result from the Factory and Analysis of same.
- To ensure that Stocks are physically counted and reconciled with the Expected Stock Balances as at Count Date, and ensure specific explanations are received for variances observed.
- Responsible for safeguarding Company’s asset (Inventory), and Preparation of Monthly Inventory Valuation Reports
- Conduct Surprise Stock Counts on Stocks in all locations at least once in a Month..
- Ensure that Company controls as regards Inventory, Payables and Others as regards Company policy is followed judiciously.
Factory Payables/Petty Cash Management

- Familiar with the FMCG environment
