  • Substantial relevant commercial and/ or management reporting experience, including significant exposure to senior executives and directors
  • An in-depth knowledge of business planning, budgeting and budget review processes, financial modeling, and post-investment review tools and methodologies, and enterprise performance analytics and reporting
  • Highly developed understanding of commercial realities and well-developed business acumen
  • Broad knowledge of finance processes and flows (especially pricing and revenue management)
  • Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to bring together diverse data and information and form sound judgments and insights.
  • Able to determine and steer business implications of change management
  • Skills to manage a professional Finance-organization
  • Diagnoses and problem-solving.
  • Independent and pro-active.
  • Social communicative aspects for internal and external communication at the senior level.
  • Influencing skills to convince on the basis of arguments
  • .Sc/HND degree in any discipline with a minimum of second-class lower degree/upper credit
  • . Experience working as a finance business partner preferably in an FMCG.
