About the Role:

As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company’s culture, supporting our employees, and ensuring we continue to attract, develop, and retain top talent. We’re seeking a proactive, strategic, and people-focused individual who will align HR initiatives with business objectives to support our mission.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build a strong talent pipeline that aligns with Knox's growth objectives.
  • Create a seamless onboarding process that sets new hires up for success.


Employee Engagement and Development

  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued and engaged.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills, foster leadership, and support career growth.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes, ensuring they are fair, transparent, and aligned with company goals.


Policy Development and Compliance

  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all HR policies promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Monitor and address workplace issues, ensuring ethical and legal compliance.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet the needs of our workforce.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to attract and retain talent.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments.


Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on all HR-related matters.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure fair treatment across all levels of the organization.
  • Implement employee satisfaction surveys and drive continuous improvement in employee experiences.


HR Metrics and Reporting

  • Develop and track key HR metrics to monitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives and strategies.
  • Prepare HR reports for senior management, providing insights on workforce trends, turnover rates, and employee engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement by using data and insights to refine HR processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven track record of leading recruitment, employee engagement, and development initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in implementing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
